I was starting to wonder if they were ever going to print up these cards. As you'll recall, back in February Topps sold a special set exclusively online through their Topps Now program called
MLB Network's Top 100. It's a set that features only the top-100 ballplayers, per the MLB Network. After nearly four months of waiting I've just found out that these cards have recently been showing up in collectors mailboxes -- finally!

These cards were sold in individual packs of 10-cards, and a total of 4902 packs were created. This would translate into an approximate print run of 490 copies of each card.
