  • NIGHT BALLERS: The Dodgers play the White Sox on the “road” for the second time this spring as Camelback Ranch turns on the lights for night baseball. The two clubs will meet for the fourth time in five seasons during Interleague Play in 2012 with the White Sox visiting Dodger Stadium from June 15-17.

  • DON’T BE LATE!: Please remember that tomorrow’s game time at Camelback Ranch – Glendale is 12:05 p.m. and not the regularly scheduled time of 1:05 p.m.
  • TIED UP IN KNOTS: The Dodgers scored three runs in the eighth inning this afternoon, coming back to tie the Seattle Mariners, 5-5. Catcher Matt Treanor belted a solo homer while designated hitter Josh Fields drove in two runs with a clutch two-out single in the aforementioned eighth inning. On the mound, starting pitcher Nathan Eovaldi was sharp, giving up just two hits in 3.0 scoreless innings. Out of the bullpen, Ramon Troncoso, Matt Chico and Josh Wall each tossed a scoreless frame.

  • BILLS ME: Chad Billingsley will make his second start of the Cactus League season as he prepares for his seventh big league season after going 11-11 with a 4.21 ERA in 32 starts last year. The 27-year-old is one of only three National League pitchers to have won 10 or more games in each of the past five seasons, joining teammate Ted Lilly and Cole Hamels, and also ranks sixth on the Senior Circuit with 703 strikeouts since the start of the 2008 season.

  • IN THE WINGS: Following Billingsley to the mound for the Dodgers tonight will be LHP Michael Antonini, RHP Josh Lindblom, LHP Scott Elbert, RHP Javy Guerra and RHP Kenley Jansen. The White Sox will counter with RHP Philip Humber, who started against the Dodgers in the Cactus League opener on March 5.

  • THIS IS YOUR CHANCE!: Major League Baseball has launched its fourth annual Honorary Bat Girl contest. Fans are encouraged to visit HonoraryBatGirl.com to submit stories online about how they, or someone they know, are “Going to Bat Against Breast Cancer” in their daily life and why they would like to be an "Honorary Bat Girl" for their favorite MLB Club this Mother’s Day. Nominations and voting end on April 5, so log on today and make someone’s dream come true.

  • IT’S GETTING CLOSER: The 3rd annual Dodgertown Classic is just three days away and will take place on Tuesday, March 13 at Dodger Stadium with UC Irvine taking on Pepperdine at 2:00 p.m. and USC battling their crosstown rival UCLA at 6:30 p.m. There will be discounted concessions and free parking with an all-day ticket costing only $7 in advance and $12 on gameday.
