Weekend Autograph Opportunities: Bluetopia, Some Angels and the Bruins

Here are this weekends autograph opportunities and events throughout the Southland. As always, be sure to check the Blue Heaven Calendar for other events (a link can always be found on the tab at the top of this page, just left of center), and always confirm with the establishment. Everything is subject to change. Please email me with any tips about upcoming events in Southern California. As the rest of the week progresses I'll update this post with other events (if there are any) as I become aware of them. Also, I don't always list every event below, so be sure to check my Calendar. If you haven't seen BLUETOPIA: The LA Dodgers Movie yet, and want to enjoy it within a setting surrounded by Baseball then you should check out this encore screening of the movie at the Craft and Folk Art Museum on Wilshire. Go here for details.

Free with museum admission. In celebration of the Dodgers’ 50th year in Los Angeles, Bluetopia traces the lives of devoted Dodger fans throughout the 2008 season. Demonstrating how fans of diverse backgrounds can unite in their reverence of the team; this film is as much about love as it is about baseball. Producer/Director Timothy Marx will introduce the film and take questions after the screening.
