Heritage Auctions: Doodle for Hunger Auction Includes some Former Dodgers

So, what's better and a sports auction? How about an auction for a good cause.

Heritage is currently overseeing an auction called "Doodle for Hunger" for the St. Francis Food Pantries and Shelters.
“Doodle for Hunger” is a fun online auction of signed original works of art by artists, entertainers, athletes, politicians, and business celebrities. The auction will benefit St. Francis Food Pantries and Shelters. The St. Francis Food Pantries & Shelters supports a network of charitable programs that provide a broad range of services for those in need, including the provision of food, clothing, shelter, and related social services for the poor. The auction is offered on the internet only and will close December 17th.
Go here to see the drawings for sale through Heritage.  There appears to also be a live auction on December 10th during a buffet cocktail party with even more doodles.  See that here.  And if you're able to dig into those pockets please consider placing a bid.

A couple of notable former Dodgers decided to use their artistic powers for this good cause.  Tommy John provided the drawing below.
