I really loved these ads. After his amazing year for the Dodgers in 1988, Kirk Gibson signed on to pitch antiperspirant to the masses. They were both hilarious and uncomfortable to watch. Gibby was totally out of his element. Below is a great vintage ad I ran into on eBay that made me search out his old Right Guard commercial on YouTube. Fortunately, it was there for us to watch and enjoy once again.
