Cardinals Series Starts Monday - Stadium Giveaways, Pregame Info and Other Stuff!


The next homestand starts on Monday against the St. Louis Cardinals. Below are some odds and ends for this upcoming homestand. I will update this should new and updated information become available. Here are some important links:
Please note that the Dodgers are embarking on a new culinary experience at the stadium. Fans can find the LA Feeds Blue Chef Series located in the right field plaza that will feature a special Chef Series pop-up concession stand. This homestand will feature foods from Park’s BBQ. More information is available at the bottom of this post.

Monday, August 5th at 7:10 PM

Monday's game starts at 7:10 PM. Auto gates open at 4:40 PM, and stadium gates open at 5:10 PM.

The first 40,000 fans in attendance will receive Dodgers Kenley Jansen Bobblehead. See it on the right.

Prior to the start of the game the Dodgers will be honoring Manny Mota for his 50 years with the Dodgers.

The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation will hold a silent auction on the Club Level outside the Vin Scully Press Box during today's game, and new for 2019, fans can bid on the unique memorabilia using MLB’s Ballpark App. Also new for 2019, fans will be able to purchase tickets for LADF’s 50-50 raffle using their credit cards. LADF will also continue to offer ribbon board messages as a fundraiser in 2019.

Tuesday's game starts at 7:10 PM. Auto gates open at 4:40 PM, and stadium gates open at 5:10 PM.

It is also LA Kings Night at Dodger Stadium. Folks who order a special ticket package will get an exclusive Dodgers' LA Kings Night jersey. See that on the right. If not already sold out go here for more information.

NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR JERSEY ON AUGUST 6. INSTEAD, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FORM VIA EMAIL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR PURCHASE ASKING FOR YOUR SIZE(S) AND MAILING ADDRESS, AND YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR JERSEY(S) IN THE MAIL BY OCTOBER 31, 2019.

Prior tp the start of the game Kings alumni and Hall of Fame announcer Bob Miller will be in the Right Field Plaza for photo opportunities. Furthermore, Kings players Trevor Lewis, Tyler Toffoli, Paul LaDue, and Daniel Brickley will throw a ceremonial first pitch.

Kimchi Pancakes
There is now a new culinary experience at Dodger Stadium. In the Right Field Plaza fans can find the LA Feeds Blue Chef Series pop-up concession stand that will include renowned chefs, local ingredients, and diverse flavors representing the neighborhoods of LA to Dodger Stadium.

For this entire homestand (August 1-7) Chef-Owner Jenee Kim delivers a taste of Park’s BBQ’s acclaimed Korean BBQ and sizzling inventive takes on traditional Korean fare made with the finest meats and produce.
  • LA Galbi Bowl -- Beef short rib marinated with soy sauce and sesame oil, served over steamed white rice and fresh vegetables
  • White Shrimp -- Shrimp marinated with sweet onion and green onion sauce, served over steamed white rice and fresh vegetables
  • Kimchi Pancakes -- A side dish of three handmade kimchi pancakes, a Park’s BBQ specialty

We wanted Chef Series to showcase both those recognizable, craved flavors, and up-and-coming restaurants with really unique concepts.”

Below is a listing of the other foods that will be arriving over the coming weeks.

  • Boo’s, August 20-25: Owner John Ahn and his son and business partner Andrew came to LA from Philly to sling the city’s most authentic, mouthwatering cheesesteaks made with the freshest ingredients
