Center fielder Al Burch had a 6 year Major League career, 5 of which was with the Brooklyn Superbas. After a great start with the Blue Crew in which he batted .292 he slowly regressed. Although, in 1909 he batted a phenomenal .271 with 80 runs in 159 games on a team that batted a collective .229. Burch didn't have much power, but he sure could run. He stole 74 bases as a Dodger and 96 in his career.
